How do I get my role on the server?
Automatically. As soon as your trial starts, the system assigns your role on the Discord server – no need to message anyone. You just need to have joined the server first; if you haven't, you'll get the invite link during checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel with one click in the customer portal. The role is removed when the subscription ends, your Discord account stays and you can keep using the open channels.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime in the customer portal. Higher tiers always include everything from the lower ones – so an Enterprise member also sees all Basic and Premium channels. Changes take effect immediately.
What do middleman and sourcing cost?
You only pay for these services when you need them: the fee depends on the deal and is agreed up front. Premium members pay 10% less, Enterprise 20% – and their requests are handled first. The community legit check in #legit-check is included from Premium.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. You pay nothing for 14 days. You add a payment method up front, but you're only charged afterwards – and not at all if you cancel before it ends.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments run through Stripe: credit and debit cards plus the methods enabled for your country. Invoices are always available in the customer portal.
Do you take liability for deals between members?
No. Kicks Department provides the platform and the services; the sales contracts are between members. For larger deals we strongly recommend the middleman service – the details are in our terms.
Do I need a registered business to join?
Not for the membership itself. Whether your trading counts as a business depends on scale and regularity – that's something to clarify for your own tax situation.
