Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kicks Department, owner Lion Frankenstein, Klingenstraße 24, 97256 Geroldshausen, Germany, email: info@kicksdepartment.de, phone: +49 152 23959238) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email or letter). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. We obtain this consent via a checkbox at checkout.
